Return & Refund Policy — Pepee!nk Canada
(or “The Chill Version of the Fine Print”)

Welcome to the fine print, but fun. We’re Pepee!nk Canada — a small team that prints big ideas on small shiny things. Here’s the deal on returns, refunds, and what to do if your order doesn’t come out as beautiful as you imagined.
1) We Make Stuff Just for You
Almost everything we make is custom — printed, cut, and packed with love (and caffeine). Once we start production, we can’t un-print your design. So, no returns or exchanges just because your cousin changed their mind. Sorry, cousin.
2) When You Totally Deserve a Refund
If your item shows up broken, misprinted, or looking like it lost a fight with a postal truck:
📸 Take a photo and email us within 7 days of delivery at pepeeink.ca@gmail.com.
We’ll fix it, replace it, or refund it — no drama, no forms that ask for your blood type.
3) Things We Can’t Take Back
- Custom photo magnets (unless they arrived in Picasso mode 🎨).
- NFC mini-CD keychains or cards once printed.
- Gift cards and digital downloads.
4) The Shipping Truth
Shipping costs are non-refundable (until teleportation is a thing).
If we mess up, we cover return/re-ship. If you changed your mind, we still love you — but Canada Post wants their coin.
5) Cancellations (aka The Panic Button)
You get 2 hours after ordering to cancel, as long as we haven’t hit “print.”
Once your design is cooking, it’s too late — our printers run on espresso and enthusiasm.
